Arcanine pack Base

EDIT: Just what the "picture" now says. You couldn't credit the original base maker, you can't use the base. I only hope I'M allowed to post MY version whenever I'M ready to post it!! Bah. Almost as annoying as my classmates.

This is a redone base cause the original was saved as the wrong fine type so nothing could be colored. So I just thought I'd redo it as a .PNG.
